General Return Guidelines:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Items eligible for return must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging.
- Clearance items, warehouse deals, custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Any items marked as "non-returnable" in the item description cannot be returned.
- All returns must be properly packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transit and must include all original parts, manuals, and packing slips.
- Returns must be initiated through our website's Return Form or by contacting our customer service department.
- Any returns processed outside of this policy or without proper authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please fill out our Return Form on the website or contact our customer service department.
- Upon approval, you will receive an email confirmation along with detailed instructions and a return authorization.
- For freight returns, we may require a photo before authorization to document the condition of the item.
- Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used.
Exchange Options:
- If you require a replacement immediately, you can purchase a new item and return the original for a refund once received in "Like New" condition.
- Alternatively, you can return the original item, and upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued. You can then place a new order for the replacement item.
Brand-Specific Policies:
- ZLINE Kitchen & Bath: Returns are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping fee based on the value and weight of the item. Accessories such as chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, etc., are non-returnable.
- Proline Kitchen Appliances: Returns are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping fee based on the value and weight of the item. Accessories such as chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, etc., are non-returnable.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Please provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition. Shipping and restocking fees may be deducted from the refund, depending on the brand's return policy.
Shipping Address Changes:
Address changes are subject to each brand's return policy. Please contact us immediately for any address changes. Additional fees may apply for reconsignment or address changes after the order has shipped.
