Beautiful, cleans well. I’ve had no issues

Almost didn't care about the reversible griddle when I ordered, and now I make pancakes and smash burgers on it every weekend. It sits right over the center burners. Easily my favorite feature of the whole range.

Picked this because the brushed stainless is a dead ringer for my fridge and range, no mismatched metals in the kitchen anymore. It feels like a quality build and works well so far. Looks like a high end built in.

Beautiful sleek design that fit in my small space (dropped ceiling). Powerful even at low speeds. Baffles are easy to remove and clean.

On the lower two speeds you can barely hear it running, which means I can keep it on while we eat without shouting over it. It still moves plenty of air when I crank it up for stir fry night. Very pleased with how it performs.

Had a question about the damper during install and their support answered within a few minutes and walked me through it. You do not get that kind of help everywhere. The hood itself looks fantastic and runs smooth.

Honestly didnt think I cared about hardware color until I saw the matte black autograph accents in person. They look so sharp against the stainless and dont show smudges. Cooking has been flawless too, these burners are no joke.

The gold trim was the look my wife was after, and it pairs with the dual fuel setup we needed for baking. Every guest comments on the gold against the stainless. It cooks like a professional range and looks like jewelry.

Small thing, but the oven door hinges hold it open at any angle so it doesnt swing shut on your arm while youre pulling out a heavy pan. Whoever designed that clearly cooks.

Replaced a recirculating unit that was useless outdoors with this vented one and there's simply no comparison. Proper venting makes outdoor cooking a completely different experience. The variable speed control with the auto-shutoff timer is something I didn't know I needed until I had it. If you forget to turn it off and it handles itself. Very happy.

An old downdraft system that never really worked is what we started with. The difference a proper island mount makes is remarkable; smoke, steam, odors gone within seconds on the right setting. Three speed control with delayed auto off is something I use every single night. Stainless matches our appliances perfectly.

I install kitchens for a living and this 30 inch slid right into a standard opening with no fuss. The gas and electric hookups on the dual fuel model were straightforward. Solid build, and my client was thrilled with how it looked once it was set in place.

After every dinner the cooktop wipes down in seconds, and the porcelain surface beneath the grates doesn't trap baked on grime. For how much we cook, that alone made the upgrade worth it for us.

Almost went with a much pricier brand based on the assumption you get what you pay for at the top end. Did more research and landed on this model. At this price point the build quality is genuinely impressive. solid door seal, quiet operation, thoughtful interior layout. Performance has been outstanding for months.

I am wife of a contractor and realtor helping a client choose a hood for her new kitchen....she has a tricky vaulted ceiling and I was able to get help over the phone from Sophie while the electrician was on-site (and we know how hard they are to get and $$) so that was huge in helping lower stress and make an informed decision. Sophie rocks!
