This item came in two boxes, the main part and the chimney extension. Their warehouse sent the wrong chimney extension and after I sent the serial numbers and pics, McKenzie (Customer Svc) was able to send the correct chimney extension at their cost. Everything is up and running! Thank you.
It’s easy to give good reviews when everything goes perfect. When things are less than that, it then becomes what customer service does to make things better, and I was very happy with how Proline stepped up with our order.
Our chimney for the hood came damaged and we contacted Proline customer service as soon as we realized (make sure to do it within the inspection period!!). They sent us a new chimney, but the new one arrived damaged as well! With videos and conversations, we were able to work together to deduce that the chimney supplier had packed it and the hardware incorrectly, so it was the hardware inside the chimney was causing the damages.
They sent a third chimney with no hardware and lo and behold, no damage!
We were able to get the island hood and chimney installed and are thrilled with the looks and operation.
I will continue to recommend to Proline to others, as we are often asked where we got our gorgeous hood.
