The 30 inch range hood is just what we expected and works great however getting it here at a time when we were home and without damage took some effort. If you do pursue ordering a hood from Proline be aware the product and installation instructions are sub-par so you’ll need to ask lots of questions over the phone to make sure it fits. There is also a disconnect between the people answering the phone and the people sending out the packages. For instance, the first delivery of the extension/chimney pieces had loose steel angles bouncing around in it which dented the extension/chimney sleeves. Even though the person on the phone told us they would send another package minus the steel angles, it arrived with steel angles which fortunately didn’t dent the new extension/chimney pieces. The deliveries also arrived on a day when we were not at home even though we were promised otherwise….oh and don’t believe it when they tell you the packages need a signer before they’re dropped off; not true.
