The PLJW 121 under cabinet range hood is efficient and low-profile, providing you with beauty and function in the kitchen. The 121 was built for heavy use with durable 430 brushed stainless steel or 304 Outdoor rated in stainless in our 60" model. It gives the hood a modern look and will keep it running smoothly for years. The control panel in the front of the hood features stainless steel push buttons which are really easy to access while cooking. You can adjust the blower speed and turn on your LED lights with the push of a button. The LED lights last thousands of hours and provide you with more than enough light to cook efficiently. Finally, dishwasher-safe baffle filters make your job easier in the kitchen. The dishwasher works for you so you’ll have one less thing to do while cooking. Take the filters out approximately every month for the best clean. You’ll love your PLJW 121 under cabinet range hood.
Every order ships free, direct from the manufacturer's warehouse. Here's what to expect between checkout and the day your appliance arrives — and what to do if something isn't right.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: no freight charges, no handling fees, no delivery surcharges.
Most orders leave the manufacturer's warehouse within 7–10 business days, with transit time on top of that. You'll get a confirmation email once your order is approved, and a second email with tracking the moment it ships. We deliver to the contiguous 48 states.
Large appliances arrive by freight with free curbside delivery. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a window, then brings the pallet to your curb or the end of your driveway. Curbside stops there — drivers don't carry units indoors, unpack them or install anything — so it's worth lining up a second pair of hands before your delivery window opens.
On delivery day
Take ten minutes before the driver leaves. Walk the pallet and check every side of the carton for crushing, punctures or water staining. If you see anything, write "damaged" on the carrier's receipt before you sign — a clean signature on a damaged shipment is very hard to walk back.
Then unbox and test the unit the same day, even if your install is weeks out. Damage deadlines are short and they start at delivery: ZLINE within 24 hours for concealed damage, Proline within 5 business days. Both require photos.
If something's wrong, stop there. Once a unit is installed it can't be returned or exchanged, even if it arrived damaged. Email us first and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Hold on to the box, foam, hardware, filters, manuals and packing slip until you're certain you're keeping the unit.
Returns
Every return needs to be approved in advance, and the unit has to come back uninstalled, unused and in its complete original packaging.
- ZLINE Kitchen and Bath — return within 30 days of delivery and you'll pay only a flat-rate return shipping fee. Between 31 and 60 days, a 20% restocking fee applies as well. No returns after 60 days.
- Proline — return within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Through 30 days, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping applies. No returns after 30 days.
Chimneys, chimney extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, clearance items and custom orders can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 48 hours of inspection. Depending on your bank, it can take another 7–10 business days to post.
