Cooktop — 4 Burners, Up to 15,000 BTU The PLSR 30GE cooktop features four sealed gas burners calibrated across a broad temperature range. Two 15,000 BTU dual-ring burners with simmer function handle everything from an aggressive sear to a gentle chocolate melt. Two 9,000 BTU burners cover your everyday cooking tasks. Heavy-duty cast iron grates span the full cooktop surface and allow you to slide heavy pots and pans without lifting — they're built to retain heat and withstand daily, heavy-use cooking.
Oven — 3.5 cu. ft. Electric Convection The 3,200-watt electric convection oven circulates heat evenly throughout the 3.5 cu. ft. cavity, eliminating hot spots and delivering consistent results across all rack positions. Black porcelain oven interiors resist staining and clean up quickly. Two halogen lights illuminate the interior without opening the door, and dual-pane oven door glass provides an extra layer of thermal safety.
