Cooktop — 6 Burners, Up to 20,000 BTU Six sealed gas burners span the full range of cooking tasks: one 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner with simmer for high-output and precision cooking, one 15,000 BTU burner, one 12,000 BTU burner, two 9,000 BTU burners, and one 6,000 BTU low-output burner for the most delicate work. The full BTU spread — from 6,000 to 20,000 — means you can run a full rolling boil on one burner while holding a gentle simmer on another. Continuous heavy-duty cast iron grates make pan movement across the surface smooth and effortless.
Oven — 4.5 cu. ft. Gas Convection The 4.5 cu. ft. gas convection oven delivers 16,500 BTUs of convection performance — more than enough to handle large roasts, multi-rack baking, and serious holiday meals.
