I have wanted a dual fuel, double oven stove/range for years. I did a lot of research, comparing reviews, specs, prices, on several makes and models. I decided on the Zline. We put this in a new home. I cook and bake a lot and will assure you, I have been putting this beautiful specimen to the test! After nearly 2 years of use (2 1/2 years since it was purchased), the large oven began having issues until it quit working altogether. I was devastated. I reached out to Zline to let them know of the issues and seek some advice. I was merely looking for some guidance on what steps to take and what they thought the issue might be. I was immediately assigned a case number. That same day I received an email with specific instructions on various steps to take. Sure, these were a bit tedious, and maybe a little involved, but I did what was asked. Little did I know, Zline was diagnosing the problem/s and would be sending me the replacement parts to make the necessary repairs. In addition, they put me in contact with a service technician in my area. Within days of receiving all the parts, a technician came to the house and made the repairs, following the specific directions from Zline. EVERYTHING was covered by Zline! Talk about outstanding customer service. WOW! This is going above and beyond. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with the response I received and how seamlessly it was all conducted. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Is this stove/oven perfect? No. Zline is a relatively new company and I think they are taking every step to make a perfect product. It takes time. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. The burners are great. I have no issues with not being able to get the flame set to simmer, as others have suggested.. I think that is just something that the owner doesn’t have calibrated properly. My husband adjusted all of mine and as far as I’m concerned, they work exactly as they should and is expected. The grill/griddle isn’t my favorite, but I think that would be the case on any other manufacturers stove too. The heat can be a bit uneven. It’s not something I have much use for so that’s not an issue for me. I usually just set my cast iron skillet on it to keep it out of the way. I love all of the burners and the fact that you can have a pressure cooker, a couple of large pots, and a skillet in action and still have room. It’s fairly easy to keep clean. Yes, some food can get stuck along the edges on the side, but I just take a sharp paring knife and remove it. No big deal. The metal grates wear over time but that’s what usage does. As far as the ovens. I find that all ovens bake differently. It takes some time, and use, to figure out what you have. I don’t have any complaints about mine. Yes, it may cook slightly unevenly, but I just rotate whatever it is I’m baking once or twice and it’s fine. That’s not an issue for me. Perhaps this is something that can be perfected by Zline over time. The racks are state of the art luxury. They slide so smoothly. Very nice. I happen to really like not having all the extra gadgets and was happy to find a stove/oven that did not come with them. I had no interest in smart technology, a timer, self-cleaning ovens, storage bin for pans, etc. That’s not my cup of tea. I love the simplicity, elegant style, and functionality. So, yes, I’m pleased with this product. Then you have customer service taking it to the next level. I would certainly recommend. And then the icing on the cake is their canine lineup on their website. :-) You know it has to be a great company if they’re including the dogs! Thank you again Zline for your product and standing behind it. You have a loyal customer.
